taking time to smell the daffodils...

I'm at a really interesting season in life right now. One I am enjoying, but very much unlike the last thirteen years. It has been like a whirlwind the last couple of months, and as I was walking up our sidewalk I thought about the fact that usually by now I have taken at least a couple of dozen of photos of my daffodils. This year - none. However, Hannah has brought me some to admire by the sink and enjoy the scent of. And even though the daffodils aren't getting as much of my attention - a lot of other more important things are. And I am good with that. Really good.
