If you know me very well, you know I like to make my own bread. For the last couple of years I use recipes from "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" . The bread is always good and it works with the amount of time I have. There are a lot of recipes to experiment with and as the video discusses, when the weather changes, so does how your bread raises and bakes so it always stays simple but interesting.
Anyway, Saturday while Matheau and I were enjoying a date day, I walked into Williams Sonoma for a few minutes. That is where I saw the book "Tartine". This will be my next cook book purchase for sure. ;)
