-original recipe found in "Country Living" June 2010 issue-
-3 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temp.
-1 c. sugar
-1 1/2 c. berries, strained and pureed (I used wild black raspberries, blackberries and strawberries)
-1 c. whipping cream
-1 c. whole milk
In large bowl whisk (I used my paddle attachment on my kitchen aide) until cream cheese is smooth, add the sugar and whisk until combined, next add the cream and milk and whisk until fully incorporated.
Pour into ice cream maker and follow according to manufacturer directions.
-I doubled the batch so I could freeze the rest for today. :)
